- The item received is different from the order placed.

- The product should be unused and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or damaged products caused after delivery.
- Digital products, PDFs, or downloadable content.
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale offers.
3. Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds are usually credited within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked for bank account details for refund processing.
4. Replacement Policy
